Mr Ashish Noutiyal has ten-plus years of extensive experience in Quality Assurance in the Automobile & Heavy Fabrication industries.

He is the Assistant Manager (Quality Assurance) in ASKA, and is responsible for  ensuring that the products adhere to high quality standards. He makes it a point to understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes. In addition to his enthusiasm for taking up challenges, he enjoys teamwork and is diligent about continuous improvement,  guided by a focus on achieving results.

He is familiar with and has hands-on experience with MIG/TIG/SPOT/PROJECTION welding process, testing and robotic welding like Yaskawa Motoman, Panasonic Robot welding, stamping and forming press shop operations. His areas of expertise include: 

a)  Laser cutting/plasma cutting, CNC punching/bending working operation

b)  Power/hydraulic/pneumatic press working and its press toolings, forging & casting

c) Powder coating, including 7/9 tank zinc phosphating, nanocoating, and nickel plating on sheet metal parts.

He has earned multiple Systems Experience certifications:

• Certified Internal Auditor for IATF 16949: 2016 by URS

• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 by DNV.GL

• Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 45001: 2015 by URS

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt by CSSC (The Council for Six Sigma Certification)

At ASKA, he develops and implements procedures for  testing and evaluating the quality of products in accordance with the company's standards. 

Mr Ashish Noutiyal holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
